• Exchange or return requests must be made via email at thetankaofficial@gmail.com

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Customer will be responsible for shipping the parcel back to us

• Once we receive and inspect the item:

  • You may choose an exchange, or

  • A refund will be processed

• Further details and confirmation will be shared via email

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
